Our Story & Vision to Luxury Home Building

Sterling Homes is a custom home builder specializing in custom homes and home remodeling in Cincinnati, Ohio.  We are an award-winning full-service firm dedicated to quality master craftsmanship using only the best materials and products to create custom home experiences to match every homeowner’s lifestyle.  Whether transitional, contemporary, or traditional, each of our clients receive creativity and one-of-a-kind expertise to balance style with function, all while optimizing budget.

Clients take comfort knowing that Owner Brad Olinger is on the job-site meticulously overseeing every detail.  Having grown up in the Cincinnati building business, custom home building is every bit who Brad is as a person, and as a business owner.  From the rolling hills that present unique design opportunities and abilities to capture fantastic views, to the quiet tree-lined suburban streets, building custom homes and remodeling historic homes has always inspired him.  This provides Brad with a unique passion for the business and relentless desire for quality craftsmanship.
